Holding a BA in Music from Longwood University, Cody's expertise and dedication have made a lasting impact on numerous students. Their teaching experience spans across prestigious institutions like the Longwood Center for Community Music and the Stevens School of Music.
Cody's talents extend beyond the classroom, as they have graced the stage with mesmerizing performances. Noteworthy is their ability to enthrall audiences with their captivating vocals in acclaimed productions with the Farmville Summer Garden Opera and the Commonwealth Concert Opera. Cody's remarkable roles include Parpignol in 'La bohème' (2016), Commissario and La cena e pronta in 'La traviata' (2019), and an impressive cover of Don José in 'Carmen' (2021).
Currently residing in Weyers Cave, VA, alongside their partner and cherished family, Cody embraces the opportunity to inspire and mentor the next generation of singers.
